How did we obtain your data?

The personal data that we process in UNIDAD DENTAL y MAXILAR SL, CLÍNICA EMARDENTAL and ARCDENTAL have been provided by you and are being processed with your consent. It is possible that your data may come from other collaborating companies of the UDEMAX GROUP to which you have previously given your consent for the purposes of processing for the opportune provision of a certain service, previously contracted by you.

For what purpose do we process your data?

At GRUPO UDEMAX we process the personal information you provide us with in order to carry out our dental care work.

We inform you that the processing of your personal data for other purposes has not changed and we will continue to process them in accordance with the prior consent you have given us.

How long will we keep your data?

Personal data will be kept for as long as you remain active in our database. Once this has ended, we will keep your personal data blocked for the legal limitation periods, generally 5 years from the end of the contractual relationship in accordance with the regulations of the Patient Autonomy Act. After the statutory limitation period has elapsed, we will inactivate your data, unless you state otherwise within the period specified above.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

In order to provide dental services, it may be necessary to transfer your data to third parties, specifically to dental laboratories or other clinics in the group.

By providing us with your personal information you expressly authorise us to process and share your information with these partners, to the extent that they are directly involved in the provision of the dental service.

The UDEMAX GROUP Clinics assume responsibility for the personal information you provide us with, and for this purpose we ask those companies with which we share your personal information to apply the same degree of information protection as we do.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Everyone has the right to obtain information about how their personal data is being processed.

We therefore remind our customers that, at all times, as an interested party, they have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, data subjects may also request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain them for the exercise or defence of claims.

Likewise, for reasons related to your particular situation, you may object to the processing of your data. GRUPO UDEMAX will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims.
